Waste Energy
As the name suggests, waste energy systems capture energy from processes or energy generation systems that would otherwise be lost, and then converts it into useful energy. Combined heat and power (CHP) systems generate electricity and also capture the waste heat from the electricity generating process for use in industrial processes, space heating and other applications. It is also possible to integrate waste heat recovery systems with existing process equipment and/or engines that will either condition the waste heat for direct use or convert it to electricity.
Switch focuses on packaged CHP systems and modular add-on electric and thermal energy systems requiring minimal engineering.
